MY STORY
I grew up playing sports, and as I got older, training became my first real introduction to what I could build in myself. What started as a desire to build muscle, become more athletic, and feel more confident eventually led me deeper into nutrition, wellness, and a much bigger health journey
Through my own physical and mental struggles, I learned how deeply our training, nutrition, and daily way of living shape how we function and feel
Now, I am grateful to help others build the body, athleticism, confidence, and health they want, while developing the habits and foundation that help them perform, feel, and live better every day
