This tier combines structured training with practical nutrition guidance, helping you build a clearer routine, improve consistency, and make your plan easier to follow week to week

$350/month

My highest level of coaching support, built for people who want long-term progress in training, nutrition, recovery, lifestyle, and overall health. This tier includes training and nutrition coaching while adding deeper support for the habits, routines, recovery practices, and lifestyle choices that shape progress outside the gym

How Coaching Works

1. Apply

Fill out the coaching application so I can learn more about your goals, current routine, training background, and what kind of support you may need.

2. Review + Consultation

​I’ll review your application and reach out within 2-3 business days with the next step if coaching looks like a good fit for both of us. From there, we'll schedule a consultation to talk through your goals, coaching option, and next steps.

3. Onboard

If accepted, you’ll complete your intake form, agreement/waiver, payment setup, and coaching app setup. This gives me the information I need to build your plan properly.

4. Start Coaching

​Your plan will be built around your goals, schedule, equipment, experience, and coaching option. From there, we’ll use weekly check-ins, feedback, and adjustments to keep your plan moving in the right direction.

Monthly Coaching Commitment

All coaching options begin with a one-month commitment. Your first payment covers your first month of coaching. After that, your plan renews monthly unless you cancel, upgrade, or downgrade before your next billing cycle.
