Coaching Payments

All coaching payments are final once the coaching month has started. Coaching includes individualized planning, programming, communication, check-ins, and ongoing support, so refunds are not provided for missed workouts, missed check-ins, unused time, lack of participation, or a change of mind after payment.

Cancellations

Coaching is billed monthly. You may cancel before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month. Canceling stops future payments but does not refund the current coaching month once it has started.

Billing Issues

If a payment is made in error or there is a billing issue, please contact me as soon as possible so it can be reviewed.

Application and Acceptance

Submitting an application does not require payment and does not guarantee acceptance into coaching. Payment is only required after acceptance and before coaching begins.
