Foundational Physique is a 14-week training program designed to help you build muscle across your full body, improve your overall shape, and follow a clear structure that keeps progress moving. The main emphasis is balanced physique development, with enough attention across both upper and lower body to help you build a stronger, more complete foundation.
It includes detailed program notes, form breakdown videos and coaching notes for every programmed movement, built-in exercise rotations, simple substitution options, clear RIR guidance, and a personal training sheet so you can follow the plan clearly and track your progress week after week.

A structured upper/lower split with A, B, and C session rotations across the block
