The main emphasis is on arm growth, while still keeping enough chest, back, and lower-body work in place to support balanced development across the full block.
It includes detailed program notes, form breakdown videos and coaching notes for every programmed movement, built-in exercise rotations, simple substitution options, clear RIR guidance, and a personal training sheet so you can follow the plan clearly and track your progress week after week.
